    Hi there, great work on this theme, but I have one question. I would like to have a sidebar on the homepage, index.php. But not on the signle.php. Is that possible? Thank you for letting me know.

    Hello booyah,
    Thank you so much for using our theme newie and thanks a lot for using the support forum for the queries.
    If you don’t need sidebar on single page, you can customize the theme code or you can purchase the premium version. Premium version have the options to manage sidebar.
    In free version, check single.php file and remove get_sidebar(); to remove the sidebar from the single page. Hope this helps.

    Thank you

    Thank you for the response. I did remove get_sidebar.php, but it does not switch to the No-Sidebar Layout, meaning it still prints a two-column layout but with white space where the sidebar would be.

    Before I switch to the Premium version, would it there be possible to have front and single post in a different layout, meaning single post is full width and front is two-column?

    Dear booyah,
    Thank you so much for the reply.
    Currently, this feature is not available in the premium version as well. We will update the theme soon with this feature. Until then, can you please let us know your site URL so that we can provide the custom css to remove white space of the single page.

    Thank you

    Please add the below CSS codes inside Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .single #primary {
        width: 100%;
    }
    .single #secondary {
        display: none;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you

    Yes, that works and thank you so much.
    The one problem I have is that now it stretches certain content in iframe like youtube videos to the full width.
    Please let me know where I can see the differences between newie and newie pro.
