Any elements or all our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. We provide you the license key when you purchase any themes or plugins from Paragon Themes.
Subscription
All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year subscription i.e. you can update and get support up to 1 year of subscription. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the themes on your site. Adding the subscription will help you for more updates of the themes and plugins.
Updates
For using the current versions all of our customers can update the themes or plugins till subscription date i.e. up to 1 year of subscription. After 1 year the subscription can be added for more update otherwise one can use the old versions.
Services
Paragon Themes provide themes and plugins for your WordPress website which are free and premium both. We even help to use and setting up the product as advertised.
Support
Support is about helping to install, configure or any small modification on your theme that is downloaded or purchased. It is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features. Neither have we provided support to the third-party plugins or themes that you will be willing to use on your site.
The Theme Support will be provided only on the Support Forum. Support will not be provided on any other medium like email, comments, Facebook, Twitter or any other means. We will try to reply your questions normally within 24 hours during the support time.
Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our themes or plugins will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers and any other older installation of WordPress.
Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Warranty

Paragon Themes reserves the right to modify the price of the themes or plugins with or without prior notice at any time. Also have the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice.
Refund Policy
We trust our users so the Paragon Themes offers the fully or partial refund which will take some days’ time but only after we are conformed about the issues occurred. Our support team will try to solve the issues at first and if you are not satisfied or if it is not the one you have searched for then only we are going to refund you back.
